  • Presented in such locations as France, Japan, Belgium, Switzerland, Venezuela, Thailand, Singapore and Saudi Arabia
  • Invited by the U.S. Department of Labor to attend an APEC meeting in Thailand to engage in discussion around human resource capacity building for APEC nations
  • Served as a Global Ambassador, hosting international dignitaries from Egypt, Kuwait, Spain and India—in the U.S. and abroad
  • Led a senior management team on a seven-day Asian exploratory and cross-cultural learning initiative to Singapore and Malaysia which focused on understanding the impact of geo-political, social and economic factors on global leadership

Lily Kelly-Radford, who has engaged at the highest levels of business and government both in the United States and abroad, has uniquely positioned LEAP Leadership to engage and deliver services to a global clientele. Equally at ease in Chicago or Singapore, Kelly-Radford has networked with and actively engaged in collaboration with thought-leaders from around the globe.

As Executive Vice President-Global Leadership Development (GLD) for the globally recognized Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), one of world’s top leadership development organizations, she was second in command and responsible for design, customization and delivery of leadership services for global organizations around the world.

During her tenure at CCL, Kelly-Radford was responsible for significant market penetration into Europe and Asia, increasing revenues by 69% and 96% respectively.
