A clinical psychologist, Kelly-Radford holds licensures in multiple states: North Carolina, Massachusetts, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and both a Masters and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia. She has served as Executive Vice President- Global Leadership Development (GLD) for the globally recognized Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), one of world’s top leadership development organizations.

With many years of experience under her belt, Kelly-Radford has a sophisticated and balanced approach to working with each client, easily identifying challenges and opportunities. She has the ability, through academic training and hands-on experience, to expand the vision of her clients, often helping them see the potential that lies within that they are too close to see. Kelly-Radford is an intellectual who does not shy away from the tough issues her clients must face in order to make positive advancement toward their goals.
