Lily Kelly-Radford, Ph.D. is Founder and President of LEAP Leadership, a Coaching, Consulting and Training organization that designs, customizes and delivers leadership development services to organizations, executives, high profile figures—including those in the sports and entertainment industries—as well as individuals seeking these types of services.
A clinical psychologist, Kelly-Radford holds licensures in multiple states: North Carolina, Massachusetts, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and both a Masters and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia.
After receiving her Ph.D., Kelly-Radford launched her professional career as psychology professor at Howard University. She worked at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, and later the federal government. Since that time, she has owned her own private practice and consulting business, served as an adjunct full professor at the school of public health for the University of North Carolina, and run a major multi-million dollar leadership development organization, serving as Executive Vice President- Global Leadership Development (GLD) for the globally recognized Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) - one of world's top leadership development organizations. At CCL, she was second in command and responsible for design, customization and delivery of leadership services for global organizations around the world.
During her tenure at CCL, Kelly-Radford was responsible for significant market penetration into Europe and Asia, increasing revenues by 69% and 96% respectively. As a result of Kelly-Radford's innovative approach to developing client solutions, she was able to increase overall organizational revenue by 20% over a two-year period.
Kelly-Radford has engaged at the highest levels of business and government both in the United States and abroad. She has networked with and actively engaged in collaboration with thought-leaders from around the globe. She is a practitioner who has also served in executive business roles for 18 years and who has taken time to advance the field through publishing.
